Job Requirements for Tap House “Bar& Restaurant Manager”
-Able to train and supervise all Front of the house Chinese staff in a 150 seat venue.能够培训员工；
-Minimum experience in the position of 5 years in High quality western style restaurants.5年西式餐厅酒吧管理经验；
-Work experience in American/western similar Style Bar/Restaurants is essential.熟悉美式酒吧运营；
-Fluent in English spoken and written is a must.英文流利；
-Wide knowledge of Drinks & Wine and Development of the menu with seasonal updates.熟悉酒类知识；
-Managing the Beverage cost budget.管控饮品成本控制；
-Attends to details and keeps a positive attitude at all times.工作态度积极向上；
-Outgoing, Friendly & Dynamic Personality.性格开朗，友好，活泼；
-Managing customer relations.维护客户关系；
-Dealing with staffing issues.处理员工其他事宜；
-Marketing over view, idea generation and planning. 具备市场营销的全局观及规划；
-Strong implementation skills很强的执行能力；
-Keeping the restaurant in compliance with health codes, etc.保持餐厅的卫生标准；
-Mandarin speaking is plus中文会话交流。
