职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities / 工作职责：
1. Supervise Project & Customer Protections and support the process
    负责项目监督和客户保护，并在整个项目过程中提供支持
2. SMCO Status Analysis and Reports for management decision making
    负责销售管理协调状态分析和报告，以便进行管理决策
3. Coordinate and handle the General Project Protection cases
    协调并处理一般项目保护案件
4. Prepare sales related reports such as OI report, monthly prognosis report, analysis reports and other related prognosis reports as required by company.
   根据公司要求制作销售相关报告，包括订单报告、月度预测报告、分析报告和其它预测报告等；
5. Support on SMCO documents, templates and policies archiving
   支持SMCO文档，模板及政策的归档
6. Support on SMCO meeting & training organization
    支持SMCO会议和培训安排
7. Support all Sales Support to solve issues in regards to the SMCO Department
    协助销售支持人员解决SMCO部门相关事宜
8. Training for Sales Support relevant Processes
    培训公司销售支持相关工作流程
9. Support on other activities assigned by department head
    部门负责人安排的其他工作

Requirement / 任职要求:
1. Bachelor Degree with Major in Business Administration or international trade
    本科以上学历，企业管理或国际商贸相关专业
2. Experience in a multinational or international job environment is a must
     必须有跨国公司工作经验
3. Strong communication skills ( Chinese native, English perfect, Japanese optional, German optional)
     沟通能力强（汉语流利，英文好，会日语或德语为佳）
4. Good Computer operating skills and technical knowledge is a plus
     良好的计算机操作能力，有相关的技术知识更佳
5. Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
    熟练掌握微软办公技能
6. Team player, good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
     具有团队合作精神，良好的人际交往能力，能够承受工作压力
