General Job Description：
· Act as assigned site’s SQE liaison (SUPPLY+QUALITY+ENGINEERING) for plant On-time product shipment releases, product inspection, internal or external quality audits, as well as technical support
· Perform audits of existing new suppliers, over end products, manufacturing process, and QA System
· Provide training / guidance in certain expert field to internal team member and to supplier staff;
· Develop full knowledge of applicable standards/requirements, including customer’s AAR and ISO
· Facilitate investigations for customer complaints and implement corrective / preventive actions
· Develop and monitor trends data for continuously improve production and QA/QC management
· Organize and participate in pre-shipment product inspection on a selective basis in assigned territories.
· Keep contact with Headquarter expert for resolving technical and quality issues
Key Knowledge:
· Bachelor Degree or above.
· Fluent English both in spoken and written.
· At least 5 year experiences in similar position.
· Good knowledge of general quality control system, practices, tools
· Mechanical/Metallurgical, railway, metal working industry background
· QA (front line) Process Audit / QC Inspection Experiences in casting.
· Good communication skill and,self-management skill, organization skills (planning, follow-up) and team leadership (decision-making).
· Highly self-motivated, self-disciplined and available to travel extensively.
· Familiar with railway parts such as coupler, knuckle and bolster will be preferred.
