工作要求Job Requirements
1. 高、中专以上学历，3年以上的注塑成型工作经验；
2. 一年以上带领注塑班组生产团队经验；
3. 熟悉ABS+PC,PA6+30%GF,POM,PBT等常用注塑材料性能；
4. 能熟练操作2种以上注塑机（德马格，威猛）及其附机；
5. 良好沟通能力，适应性强。
6. 了解TS16949及ISO18000体系及其对于生产的相关要求；
7. 熟悉MS Office软件并可熟练使用。
岗位职责Job Responsibility
1. 主导注塑班组团队对工厂运作的支持；
2. 主导注塑车间班组生产日常操作管理；
3. 保证注塑生产的准确性，即与公司及客户要求一致；
4. 建立和维护一个良好的团队环境，培训当班的一线技术团队；
5. 培训班组员工的注塑操作技能，外观检查等；
6. 拥有良好的注塑技能及相关知识，积极的态度去带领生产班组完成生产任务并效益的最大化；
7. 对注塑车间的现场进行良好的5S管理；
8. 确保所负责区域的产能，质量，安全，环境等符合公司需求；
9. 主导注塑车间的一些改善和实施：5S，效益提高等；
10. 服从上级安排，完成上级交办的共它工作；
