2 管理关键客户价格体系
Management in KA customers’ price system
3 管理开票流程
Management in processing invoice process
4 积极有效地管理客服团队,定期向客服经理汇报
Positive and effective management in CS team, report to CS manager regularly
职位要求:
本科及以上学历
Bachelor and above degree
精通SAP销售模块
Very excellent in SAP sales module
英语听说读写良好
Master English in Listening, speaking, reading and writing
办公软件及基础IT技能良好
Master MS Office (word,excel,ppt) and basic IT skills
优秀的沟通技巧并善于人际关系处理
Very excellent communication skills and good ability to process interpersonal relationship
具备强烈的责任感和良好的抗压性
Strong responsibility and good anti-pressure ability
工作经验:
五年以上客服工作经验
5 years and above working experience in CS
一年以上管理经验
