Purpose of the Role:
As a Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the success of a portfolio of key customers within the group. You will work with our global operating and customer divisions to ensure your customers receive the highest standards of customer care and support and that we are continually achieving contractual SLA’s and KPI’s. You will understand your customers end to end supply chain and using this knowledge, identify, scope and execute development initiatives that will improve speed to market, reduce customer costs and ultimately contribute to the successful delivery of the customer P&L.

Scope and Specific Responsibilities:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel within your customer portfolio up to senior level.
? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent delivery of customer SLA’s.
? Identify, establish and execute customer specific development roadmaps.
? Lead the ad hoc and periodic communication plans with clients, including monthly and quarterly meetings.
? Plan and accompany customers throughout their Far East visits ensuring maximum value can be taken from the face to face time.
? Responsible for providing customer specific reporting and KPI’s on a monthly basis, supplemented with high quality insights.
? Drive development initiative projects throughout your customer portfolio by sharing relevant industry best practice.
? Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers within your portfolio.
