» Provide administrative / secretarial support to sales and service team
» Be responsible for spare parts recorder, calibration and service PO in system
» Be responsible for creating Purchas order according to customer PO and following up spare parts payment
» Be responsible for service report record in system
» Be responsible for service calendar input, service charge confirmation with customer, service payment follow up and calibration report organize
» Take charge of service seminar organization and ensure payment
» Provide service and communication with customers according to the guide line of company
