Responsibility
1. Familiar with all aspects of Lighting and related Electronic engineering know-how.
2. Works closely with customers and suppliers in developing and testing of lighting products. Provide technical support and design inputs to customer PD.
3. Works with QA/QC team to ensure all the quality criteria can be achieved in all the processes, and generate / lead the continuous improvement project.
4. Works with Department manager and other team members to locate the proper supplier and access supplier capability on regular basis.
5. Evaluate product cost and follow up cost developing while project is ongoing, work with Department manager to implement annual plan for cost control.
6. Follow up purchasing processes and delivery plan to ensure On-time-delivery.
Requirement：
- Bachelor degrees in Electronics or Mechanical engineering.
- At least 3 years’ experience in lighting R&D and 2 years in supplier development.
Background of project management is a plus.
- Capable of Solidworks, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge in LED.
- Familiar with QA/QC tools.
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated and team work.
