职位描述
岗位职责:
1.负责行政报告、文件、信函的起草等行政文秘工作；
2.完成总经理日常行政工作，行政相关报表的制作；
3.负责公司各大小会议安排、记录、翻译；
4.负责维护厂商和公司的关系，收发并翻译厂商邮件及时给汇报领导；
5.负责公司员工出差火车票、机票、酒店的预定安排；
6.完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。
任职资格:
1.本科以上学历，中文、行政管理、档案管理等相关专业优先；
2.能熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，英文六级以上，有较好的读写听说能力；
3.具备档案管理相关知识和经验；
4.具备较强的文字撰写能力，工作细致、认真、有责任心；
5.有较强的演说、解说能力；
6.具有三年以上相关行政工作经验者优先。
