Job Description:
? To provide Corporate Secretarial support for GM
?Screen/ organize /prioritize a lots of phone calls/ fax/ meetings/ correspondence/ visitors (both inside and outside).
? Arrange international and domestic travel, including visa applications, air tickets & hotel booking, transportation logistics etc.
? Establish and maintain confidential files and reports.
? Assist GM in personal matters.


Job Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree with major in English
?At least 3 years' experience as administrative secretary or assistant in multi-national companies
?Good English language and communication skills (speaking, listening, writing, and reading)
?Integrity, stable and honest
?Have excellent proven records of performance
?Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software (Powerpoint, Excel) and documentation handling
