Position Summary:



Responsible for preparing the financial and business analysis reports for management review; Coordinates and supports the annual budget and forecast process. This includes assuring financial results are accurately reported to the local and corporate management, and assuring the company complies with GAAP, corporate policies and other mandated accounting regulations. Support and follow up company internal audit process and relevant assignments.




Key Responsibilities:



· Prepare the financial analysis and reports necessary for business review.

· Prepare and monitor of the annual budget, quarterly targets and forecasts, month end close activities and ongoing financial analysis and management reporting.

· Provide monthly regular reports to management for performance tracking and decision making.

· Monitor and control company operation the compliance with the local, internal policies & procedures and Corporate internal control requirements

· Responsible for the implementation of the internal audit process including planning, scheduling, coordination,reporting and follow up procedure.

· Follow up on all internal audit issues to ensure close within the required timeline

· Assist in Accounts receivable management process as required.




Position Requirements:

Education: Bachlor degree or above, majored in Accounting or Finance related. CPA, IFA, ACCA is a plus.



Experience: 5+ years working experience in relevant position for a multinational commercial operation is preferred.



Skills/Knowledge:

Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Sensitive to numbers and Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiar with ERP system
Excellent time management and communication skills
Strong written and oral English communication skills
High degree of initiative
