1.支付日常办公室小额现金付款。
Daily office petty cash payment.
2.申请支付日常办公室费用, 货款，管理银行日记账。
Process daily office expense payment, goods payment, Responsible for bank account management.
3.用quick book系统登记订单入账。用U8系统凭证登记入账。
Order booking in quick book system, voucher booking in U8 financial system.
4.其他临时性工作，如订机票酒店等。
Other ad-hoc matters assigned. E.g. Book air ticket, hotel etc.
Qualification:
>Has financial experience
有财务相关工作经验。
>Has accounting qualification certificate
有会证。
>Good at oral & writing English, Familiar with office software
英语熟练，熟悉办公室软件应用。
>Be careful, honest.
工作小心细致，为人诚实。
