职位描述：
Be responsible for products' packaging management & development, assist Account Manager to achieve and exceed the buying target.

Job Description:
1. Source, evaluate and manage Big Time's packaging supplier base;
2. Manage packaging suppliers in China to enable on time delivery and quality control;
3. Ensure all relevant safety, legislative and technical requirements/standards related to packaging are fully understood by sourcing teams and suppliers prior to production;
4. Develop and manage the packaging development process in line with US requirements;
5. Work closely with US packaging development teams to ensure delivery of innovative packaging solutions;
6. Create end user satisfaction by fully understanding the needs and expectations of the US market and customer base;
7. Contribute to the control of packaging costs and drive cost benefits;
8. Ensure packaging operations are carried out at the optimum cost, identifying areas for cost saving wherever possible
9. Provide value-added service to Big Time in an efficient and professional manner; and
10. Other tasks assigned by Account Manager.

Job Qualification:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, major in Design, Printing or engineering background.
2. 3+ years working experience in soucing packaging or printing material.
3. Understanding of packaging development timescales and planning.
4. Solid knowledge of packaging and printing engineering.
5. High sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
6. Engaging & influential communication\negotiation skill.
7. Keen observation, analysis and coordination ability.
8. Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics.
9. Excellent team work and working well under pressure.
10.Familiar with MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
11.Good command of written and oral English.
