Responsibilities：
Develop color according customer requirement and obtain customer approval with efficient communication.
Have knowledge to develop color to match customer spec with color stability and efficiency.
Set up color system and expand tool box for customer requirement.
Responsible for finding suitable rework routes for distressed inventory or other non-productive inventory.
Support line trials of new product launches at customer sites as required.
Lead or take active role in problem solving of customer color issues using appropriate methodology.
Train and supervise technician for continuous productivity and performance improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering or material science
Minimum 3 years’ experience in color development and tinting experience in coating industry.
Demonstrated experience in problem solving, DOE and statistics software such as Minitab.
Good communication skill and desire to seek inputs across organizations. 举报 分享
