职位描述：
CTS - Health & Safety Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and conduct H&S in-house training
2. Plan and organize first aider courses for site manager, manage and allocate first aid kits
3. Plan and conduct H&S site audits internal / on site
4. PPE procurement planning, wearing training, warehousing, releasing registration
5. Release and update project safety management manual with combining customer’s requirement
6. Supervise site managers for site safety activities, incl. PPE configuration, risk assessment, work permit, training registration, etc.
7. Coordinate safety issues for site visitors
8. Evaluate H&S documents on site for all Dürr employees, incl. contractors according DÜRR Management System
9. Summary H&S information from site manager and compile H&S report on a certain periodical basis, incl. statistics of safety hours, accidents, near missing, etc.
10. Provide safety suggestion for dangerous work, conduct spot-monitoring if necessary
11. Recirculate all H&S documents into M:\CTS-CTS\CTS-Operations\03_MAWI\Health & Safety, incl. manuals, forms, reports, pictures, etc.

Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree of engineering background is required
2. At least 5-year experience in site installation and equipment manufacturing
3. Industrial safety officer certificate is required, Certified Safety Engineer (CSE) is preferential
4. Implementation and initialization of safety passes for all site employees
5. Authorized to give directives to the site manager / commissioning manager / service manager to resolve recognized site defects 举报 分享
