【工作内容】
1.负责公司前台接待及电话转接
2.负责收发传真，复印文档，收发信件、快递、报刊、文件等工作
3.接听电话，接收传真，按要求转接电话或记录信息，确保及时准确
4.受理会议室预约，并负责会议服务工作
5.负责公司固定资产的管理
6.负责公司员工上下班考勤签到与每月考勤汇总情况
7.配合物业进行水、电表的核查，制作汇总表
8.负责保持休息室及会议室整洁
