Merchandiser - Merchant Services

We are looking for an individual who is excited about continuously finding and implementing ways to improve the on-line customer retail experience. The Merchandiser will merchandize unique seller selection and key brands across all categories on Joyo Amazon. He/she will partner with the category and account management teams to manage merchandising placements and improve product data quality and discoverability of seller selection.


The successful Merchandiser will:
? Merchandise key brands and unique selection from our 3rd party sellers across all of Amazon's categories.
? Manage gateway merchandising placements for seller brands and selection as well as pages featuring seller unique selection. Partner with the sales and category teams to identify brands and selection to feature and then create and own the merchandising campaigns.
? Partner with category teams on naming conventions including product and brand names and how to educate sellers, monitor and improve.
? Work with key accounts and brands to build content rich product detail pages and strorefronts.
? Partner with the retail merchandising and account management teams to identify what seller selection should be featured in category specific promotions.
? Create educational materials for sellers on how to improve their product images and information including for search engine optimization.
? Work with retail site merchandisers to create email campaigns.
? Gather and analyze click-through, sales and conversion data to help us and our sellers make better merchandising decisions.
? Partner with our marketing teams to get seller offers included in our traffic generation activities including sponsored links.
? Analyze campaign performance drive improvements based on data.
? Improve discoverability of seller offers on our site including search links for key brands and selection.
Basic Qualifications:
Your profile should include the following skills & competencies:
? At least 3 years experience in either the online industry or the retail sector or brand marketing preferred.
? Track record of improving customer experience
? Ability to self-organize multiple tasks well and to complete them on time with a clear focus on quantitative results
? Excellent communication skills - proven results with key decision makers
? Willingness to work well in a team
? High degree of proactive 'hands-on' thinking and acting
? Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with relevant tools (Excel, other internal tools)
? Dealing with ambiguity / stress
? Bachelor Degree and above
? Proficiency in English
