Responsibilities:
？Raw Material Purchasing: successfully provide above-mentioned production site(s) with reliable and CSR compliant suppliers, competitive prices, on-spec deliveries and sufficient alternative sources
？Financial objectives: Cost improvement Identify cost improvement opportunities and deliver results accordingly Manage the cost improvement initiative according to the agreed time schedule Monitor and report results transparently OWC: drive the improvement of payment terms and other OWC initiatives CTI report Provide sBUs with “live data” regarding the cost of materials in the market Create improved forecasting models to enable the sBUs to accurately set pricing of their final products
？Communication: Build close relationships with the relevant stakeholders Build a personal network within OneProcurement to create purchasing value via cross-BU synergies
？Competencies: work on continuous personal development as a member of the Functional Chemicals Purchasing Group and AkzoNobel's OneProcurement organization
？Processes: contribute to the establishment of an effective and efficient organisation Create transparent spend data Implement and report on supplier KPIs Use of intranet as a main communication tool
？Sustainability: secure the successful contribution of FC Purchasing to the Sustainability objectives of AkzoNobel: Create visibility of BU activities to contribute to CSR Ensure Vendor policy targets are met Perform Supplier Support Visits according to target
？Customers: Forecast by use of intranet based cost models Provide regular BU or ANS project updates Effective communication towards sBU's and plants Ensure purchasing activities are fully aligned to meet the business needs
Requirements:
？Educational Level: University graduated with major in business or chemistry
？Working Experience: 4-5 years purchasing experiences within multinational companies
？Language Skills: Fluent both in English and Mandarin.
？Special Requirements / Skills: Good ability of data analysis and report
