职位描述：
1. Area
Purchasing & Sourcing

2. Responsibilities
？ Sourcing and qualifying suppliers for materials of new products;
？ Set up Purchasing Strategy, make sure suppliers’continuous improvements for materials of existing products;
？ Identify cost drivers and take actions for cost reduction and cost improvement for different materials;
？ Manage suppliers to supply always good quality goods on time
？ Other task assigned by his or her Supervisor

3. Authority
？ He/she will be reporting directly to Plant Manager.

4. Position Profile
？ Strong Sourcing abilities
？ Strong negotiation abilities with rich negotiation skills
？ At least 3 years working experiences in foreign manufacturing companies;
？ At least 2 years in managerial level;
？ Familiar with machinery industries, metal spare parts, plastic parts, electrical parts, injection parts and other hard wares;
？ Strong planning, organizing and communication skills
？ Fluent in both written and oral English and Mandarin;
？ Good communicator and team player;
？ Problem solver;
