We are seeking for a result driven Sales Associate to be responsible for sales activities and sales job duties, from lead generation through to close. Sales activities currently are focused mostly on clients in North American Region. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client expectation.

● Ensure high-level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

● Assess customers need and provide assistance and product knowledge to customers
through the feature, value and benefits of each product.
评估客户需求,并通过各产品的特点、价值和利益向客户提供帮助和产品知识。
● Go extra miles’ to drive sales.

● Actively seek out customers.
积极寻找新客户。
● Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
对产品有较专业的了解并能熟练描述出产品特点。

● Build productive relationship with customers & gain their trust.
与客户保持友好关系并提升客户对公司的信任度。

Requirements 岗位要求
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related fields.
持有市场营销专业本科及以上或相关专业学历。
● Proven relevant working experience in sales.
有销售工作经验。
● Good understanding of sales principles and customer services.
懂得销售原则和客户服务。
● Proficiency in English.
流利的英语沟通能力。
● Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
优秀的人际交往及沟通表达能力。
● Able to work at night shift (Fixed schedule: 9PM 6AM, Mon.-Fri.).
能够从事夜班工作制度(周一至周五晚上9点到次日早上6点)
Employment Benefits 福利待遇
● An initial salary of RMB5,500/6,500 (After Tax) according to qualification and experience.
月薪约5500元至6500元(税后),根据资质和工作经验决定。
● Performance based Benchmark Incentive (BMI).
