职位描述
Reports To: Site Supervisor
Location: Shanghai
Purpose of Role
保证办公室行政工作正常进行
Key Accountabilities
1负责公司行政文档管理工作，信函、往来信件的处理
2 邀请函，为参观人员安排行程（国内和国外的）
3 行政办公设施维护及管理
4 来访客户的接待，酒店，交通安排
5 出差旅行安排：酒店、飞机票、火车票的预订，车辆的安排，包括班车与行政用车
6 食堂管理，厂区卫生绿化
7 行政费用的预算及控制
8 负责办公室内部的采购及劳保用品采购
9 其他行政相关事务
