Engineering manager工程部经理（产品开发）
Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate and analyze existing or potential customer’s complex requirements.
2. Monitor the process of suppliers’ development and communication.
3. Lead all projects and solve key issues in sourcing, sample production and technical problems.
4. Plan and coordinate all RFQ timelines. Keep dynamic communication with customers.
5. Optimize the process in engineering dept and take necessary decisions.
6. Team coaching and management.
7. Build up and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree in engineering field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and mechanical products development preferred. Product design with 2D/3D skills is a must.
3. Creativity and communication skills.
4. Readiness to take on responsibility and a strong entrepreneurial personality
5. Demonstrates and applies knowledge of problem solving techniques
6. Ability to motivate others and grow the team.
7. Excellent English language skills
8. Expatriate is plus.
