Job Title：Accountant, Ningbo Branch
Department：Finance
Accountability：Finance Manager, North China
Job Summary ：Performs a wide variety of duties related to accounting and finance of the office.

Duties & Responsibilities
Specific duties including, but not restricted to:
-Deliver top customer service, by exceeding out customers’ expectations
-Be prepared to rotate jobs with peers and teach skills
-Weekly reconciliation shipping lines & vendors ACR and confirm for VAT invoices
-Daily VAT invoices issuing and buy tax invoices from tax bureau.
-Payment for office overhead expenses, staff reimbursement & vendors foreign currency settlement
-Cash flow forecast
-Monthly staff payroll & tax payment
-Attend to auditor and tax officer/ China Government office for sudden visit
-Weekly update bank statement for BOC
-Monthly, bi-yearly & yearly closing for Ningbo books
-Monthly/quarterly tax declaration
-Renewal of business licences and tax registration certificates
-Sustain effective communication & coordination with ops and sales
-Relieve peers when in vacation
-Follow instructions and implement policies

Skills & Educational Requirements
-Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
-Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software
-Familiar with SAP & Cargowise
-Able to work under pressure & tight deadline

Inter Relationships：Good contact with all levels of personnel within the company, clients and vendors
Working conditions：Flexible hours required occasionally.
