1. Main Objectives of this position:
- Work as a coordinator for all important functions, including recruiting, C&B, maintaining HR system & databases, providing general reports and other HR administrative support.
2. Function and duties:
Tasks
- Mange daily running such as advertising job positions, recruitment, processing applications, verifying employment, separation, contracts and compensation schedule in compliance with company’s policies, contracts, laws and agreements.
- Maintain HR system and employees records.
- Run monthly HR reports and other personnel reports when needed.
- Communicate with other departments & corporate office, employees, applicants, administrators to provide information and assistance on daily operation or programs.
- Suggest revisions to line manager to heighten the efficiency of HR daily running and develop employment procedures.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.
3. Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources management and/or equivalent
- Above 3 years of relevant experience a multinational company
- Familiar with labour policy and relevant laws, regulations
- Proficiency in MS office and experience in SAP HR
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Integrity, Initiative, good logical thinking and high sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, work independently as a good team player
