职位描述：
Job Title： Assistant Accountant, Shanghai Branch
Department： Finance
Accountability： Finance Manager, North China

Duties & Responsibilities
-Daily cash payment arrangement
-Bank/cash reconciliation daily
-Monthly employees’ expense claim checking & payment
-Expense entries into SAP;
-Responsible for BOC ebanking operation: prepare payment requests into bank system for approval;
-Combine/reconcile all invoices information from operation dept and issuing local tax invoices using Golden tax system daily;
-Buy tax invoices from tax bureau monthly; submit the report of cancelled tax invoices to tax bureau monthly;
-Go to local bank daily for picking up original bank draft & withdraw cash daily;
-Other assignments by manager
-Liaise with banks for collection/payment issues;

Skills & Educational Requirements
-Good written and spoken in English and Mandarin
-Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel software
-Familiar with SAP & Cargowise
-Able to work under pressure & tight deadline

Inter Relationships：Good contact with all levels of personnel within the company, clients and vendors
Working conditions：Flexible hours required occasionally.
