Job Description:
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Typical work activities
-Procurement team supervisor works as part of the SCM team to guarantee team's success, include building up an cooperation working environment and responsible for team's training and coaching.
-Procurement team supervisor is responsible for supply of parts (from approved vendors) to production and logistics, he is individually and collectively responsible for the quality, cost and timely delivery of parts and material.
-Procurement team supervisor has particular responsibility for Supplier Qualification and Supply Contracts for existing suppliers.
-Procurement team supervisor is responsible for a timely maintenance and update on process, system data and tools in procurement area.
-Procurement team supervisor is responsible for new product integration and ECO implement smoothly.
-Procurement team supervisor is responsible for cost control of team spending.
-Procurement team supervisor is responsible for Inventory Management, make sure inventory is in a reasonable level.
-Procurement team supervisor is responsible for KPI and related reports.

Job Requirements:
-Resources with relevant experience in Purchasing and supply management
-5 years plus working experience in working experience in international company.
-Must understands integrated supply chain and logistic concepts
-Must be able to communicate supply chain objectives clearly and convey the benefits to the organization
-Must have experience in implementing Planning/Forecasting system
-Proficient in MS Excel and Access
-Excellent team-building and project management skills
-Strong analytical skills are desired, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
-Action oriented.
-Communicate effectively both in English and Chinese.
-Flexibility and self learning, Innovative, Teamwork.
-Time management skill.
-Proficient in negotiation, contract management.
