职位描述：
Duties & Responsibilities:

Specific duties including,but not restricted to:
  Help Logistics Manager to manage and oversee the daily activities of the department
  Supervise & lead the team and maintain efficient operation
  Keep client updated on issues affecting them
  Processing of orders and attending to daily enquiries
  Prepare SOP for new accounts and regularly perform audits to ensure SOP implementation
  Answer emails within one working day and in a professional manner
  Timely report any special occasions to Logistics Manager
  Support Logistics Manager to find solutions to meet client's demand
  Implement planning and strategy to assist the department’s future development

Skills & Educational Requirements:

  Certificate or above in Logistics & Supply China Management
  5 years 3rd parties logistics firm experience, customer services & warehouse operations
  3 years supervisory experience
  Hands-on PC knowledge, especially MS Excel and Outlook
  Knowledge of WMS an advantage
  Good command of English

Needed Attributes:
 Willing to learn, Hard-working, punctual, organized, team play spirit,
 Able to give feedback to Manager.
 Ability to perform a variety of tasks, often with short notice.
