职位描述：
Specific responsibilities
? To embed the Quality and Environmental Systems into company culture, providing training and support for line managers in order to achieve this.
? To align our quality systems with HM Inc and against best practice.
? To organise the internal audit programme across all departments and use this programme/process to drive quality improvement in the business.
? To maintain Company accreditation to ISO9000 and ISO14001
? To develop management reporting within the systems
? To investigate complex Customer complaint issues and devise suitable corrective and preventive actions.
? To support the product introduction process around quality compliance.

Education and experience
Essential:
Approximately 2 years in a management position
A detailed knowledge/experience of quality best practice which is applicable to the products and processes of Herman Miller
Preferred:
Degree Level Qualification or equivalent
Trained Quality and Environment Auditor
