10. Prepare
the material for labor disputes and labor arbitration

准备劳动纠纷及劳动仲裁处理材料。

11. Manage
contract, remind of probation & contract due

员工合同管理，及时提醒员工试用期到期以及合同续签。

12. Deal
with daily staff issue and answer questions from staff according to HR
policies

处理日常涉及员工关系等人事工作，根据相关人事政策解答员工提出的问题。

13. Analyze
annual,monthly and probation performance info. And communicate with each
dept. for the performance result. Assist each dept. to carry out performance
process regarding to HELLA policy

分析年度、月度、试用期绩效考核信息，反馈各部门考核结果；根据公司考核制度协助各部门进行绩效考核。

14. Staff
record maintenance, ensure no confidential HR information release to
unconcerned party.

维护员工记录，并确保人事信息不泄露给任何不相关方面。

Requirement/任职要求

1. 本科及以上学历

2. 五年以上大型制造型外企人事相关工作经验

3. 英文流利，可作为工作语言

4. 抗压性强
