Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):
?Minimum Bachelor degree
?At least 3 years HSE management experience in production plant; chemical plant or similar
?Affinity with hazardous chemicals
?Good management skills, safety drive, communicator, team player, able to work with different disciplines
?Structured, analytical, broad interest, practical
?English language: good





Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities (kindly limit to a maximum of eight)
?Create GA/QC and HSE organization for Ningbo
?Ensure proper training of staff before commissioning
?Ensure required QA/QC and HSE manuals, quality standards and lab methods are available before start-up
?Ensure safe CSU and safe plant operation after start-up
?Ensure execution of QC and execute Quality assurance; manage the complaint system.
?Ensure the management system complies with local laws and regulations as well as AN standards and guidelines as well as relevant ISO standards.
?Provide HSE expertise, requested and on own account, and drive safe behaviour across the organization
?Drive quality commitment throughout the organization







Functional Responsibilities/Network (kindly limit to a maximum of five)
?Cooperation with site HSE and site QC
?Cooperation with Songjiang for management systems
?Cooperation with marketing & sales, R&D and plant regarding quality development, complaints etc






Job Context (Nature & Scope of the Business)
?New organization must be developed
?CD plant is a high hazard plant; handling toxic and flammable/explosive chemicals, products are dust explosion sensitive.
?Chemical process is complicated, using natural raw material. Product is difficult to handle. Resulting in high level of operator interference with process and hence high demands on occupational safety standards.
Natural raw material and complicated chemistry lead to quality challenges as well.
?Replacement value plant: 60 M; CM generated 20-25 M
