1. Optimize the material plan and production plan, achieve monthly PP combine with actual order and inventory structure. Improve the customer OTD, control the inventory effectively to support annual business growth
2. List the essential functions (i.e. key responsibilities with expected end results) which must be accomplished in order to fulfill the purpose of your position as described above.
3. Manage safety stock to enhance the on time delivery capability in volatile market environment, optimize inventory structure to meet inventory and DOH target
4. Be responsible for effective operation of MRP, balancing the in-house and outsourcing structure
5. Shorten the lead-time of customer order, reduce the PASTDUE and achieve the index of monthly matrix
6. Provide the lead-time feedback to sales in time, improve customer satisfaction and ensure the OTD achieved
7. Improve accuracy of supplier forecast for better supply chain management
1. Bachelor degree or above in Engineering or related disciplines;
2. At least 5 years related experience in multi-national company;
3. Good statistical, planning and analysis capability
4. Familiar with ERP system, preferred MFG/PRO;
5. Good coordination and communication skills;
6. Good command of spoken/written English
