岗位要求：

1. 具有一定的审美观，对女装的总体效果有一定的把握度；
2. 能够看懂款式图，跟设计师能够很好的交流，读懂设计师的意图；
3. 对于版型中遇到的一些问题，能够找到解决的方法，引导工厂；
4. 有上进心，能够不断学习新的知识，提高自己的专业能力；
5. 较强的沟通能力；
6. 对于面料性能有一定的了解，知道什么样的面料适合什么样的款式
7. 能熟练运用CAD，WORD，EXCEL等OFFICE软件

岗位职责：

1. 建立属于本公司经营品牌的原型库版型信息，建立标准尺寸和标准样。

2. 负责初样、齐色样、产前样、大货产品四个阶段的版形；

A． 协助设计制定初样尺寸

B． 参于内评封版，确定齐色样尺寸（即报价尺寸）；

C． 完成工艺单制作（包括尺寸、工艺两部份）；

D． 把控各阶段版形确认的进度，完成中码样、齐色样、全码样和产前样各阶段的封版、意见传输与沟通、完善进程 E． 成衣水洗扭缩率控制、跟进，洗后效果传达；

F． 做好产前样转交（正确样衣：洗前、洗后各1色；产前封版意见表）并保管好留存样衣（供主管随时调取用）。

G． 每款版形都须有CAD(或纸样)存档

3. 负责供应商了解并熟悉我司的操作流程、成衣标准和相应理化水洗测试要求，维护好公司与供应商的良好业务关系；

4. 参于订货会前样衣管理，参于订货会期间样衣管理。

5. 参于版师例会，参于各式培训，增强专业技能。

6. 参于分析供应商技术科特长和市场需求来更好把控形。

7. 做好季度供应商版师部分的打分。

8. 服从并完成上级要求协助或参于的其它任务。

In our modern Weaving plant we have circular Germanic machines of great flexibility and to work solid color or striped materials, engineering stripes,jacquards,and combinations of all of The output is nearly 4000 tons per years.
Our Dyeing plant also has high technology Germanic,Taiwanese machinery with 30kg to 1200kg throughs which allow for very flexible and quick processes. Dyestuff and fixer(100%AZO free)are all imported.
In the Manufacturing process,we have a group of specialized Japanese machines (JUKI\YAMATO,etc) for each operqation. All machines import from Japan,Additionally,our word system allows for specialized assembly lines according to the kind of product..
Because of these two features, we can offer our customers superior quality with a great variety of operations which enhance the garment and provide it with the perfect finishing they require.
We have Embroidery and Printing plant in which we offer applique for a better final presentation of our garments. All machines imported form Japan.
