职位职能: 客户服务代表
岗位职责：
1.负责指定货客人的联系、维护、开发及档案维护；
2.客户追踪；
3.协助处理操作过程中的问题，处理客户投诉；
4. 对客户提供专业的咨询，收集潜在客户资料；
5. 维护, 查询, 归档及管理务物流(港到港以外)采购价;
6. 收集市场信息, 提供及制作市场或专案报告;
7. 依销售之需求, 制作制式报价单.
任职资格：
1. 国家正规全日制院校大专以上学历，国际贸易、货运、物流等相关专业优先。
2. 2年以上国际货运代理行业工作经验，优先；
3. 英语良好，CET-4， 能用英文与代理沟通，进行邮件书信往来 。
4.熟练使用办公软件及网络操作。
5. 工作踏实认真，积极主动，具良好的沟通能力，强烈的服务意识和责任心，具有团队协做精神，及业务拓展能力。
6.希望从事国际货运代理工作，并有志于在此行业长期发展。

Job Description :
Customer Service Rep. for Sales & Marketing Department
1. Fresh routed order follow up, up to shipping instruction received with quality; including coordinating with involved functions personnel within FFC network and overseas agent network, in quality means;
2. Free-hand customer follow up per Sales’ assignment;
3. Buying rate management for those beyond port-to-port service;
4. Generate adequate rate quotation per Sales’ assignment;
5. Establish & manage customer profile on FS06 while fresh prospects being targeted;
6. Explore market information via day-to-day contact to customer and generate adequate project report as required;
7. Prepare TO-DO list on daily basis for sales management;
8. Assist sales manager to maintain sales performance report on weekly basis;

Requirements :
1. Preferably university degree in logistics or international trading;
2. 2 years working experience in shipping line, freight forwarder is preferred;
3. Good command in English, Mandarin and Shanghainess;
4. Strong communication skill, presentation skill in English and Chinese;
5. Mature, presentable and independent with good interpersonal skills;
6. Result orientation, open minded and self motivated, team supporter, ownership minded.
