Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for fine tune product design from preliminary concept, prototypes, pilot run to mass production
2. Knowledge of electrical standards, electronic components, plastic materials and molding characteristics are essential
3. Provide electrical & electronic solutions to improve product performance and offer cost reduction options
4. Work closely with Product Development, Production Control and QA Departments
5. Actively manage product timelines to ensure all processes are on track to meet committed delivery dates.


Requirements:

1. College / University Degree holder in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or PIE, or equivalent
2. Minimum 3 years experience in product development
3. Have good understand in electronic circuitry, tooling and plastic materials
4. Experience in Electronic/Remote Control Toys is an advantage
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. This role will suit a highly motivated individual
7. Understand FCC, UL, ETC, CEC, Prop-65 requirements and R&TTE CE, RoHS, WEEE Directives
8. Knowledge in Protel, Pro-E / Solidwork, Auto Cad is an advantage
9. Need to work independently and under high pressure
10. Minimum of CET-4 in English. Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese
11. Station in Ningbo
12. Need to travel within China
