QA ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities

*Coordinate with suppliers, HK office and different departments for product development and sourcing activities

*Monitors product development, pre-production and final release progress

*Deal with suppliers on product non-conformance & drive for improvement

*Follow up customer complaint & corrective action in timely manner

*Works with relevant parties to ensure product design meeting international safety standard and retailers' protocols

*Works with third party laboratories on product testing

*Prepares QA Specifications (Product assessment, performance/ testing requirement and inspection standard)



Requirements

*Degree in Manufacturing Engineering/ Production Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines

*5 years or above experience in engineering/ quality/ production related industry and experience in supervisory level is preferred

*Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

*Familiar with international safety standards including ASTM F963, EN71, FCC, EMC, EN62115, CPSIA, RoHS, REACH, etc

*Experience in international trading company, third party laboratory or hard-line/ toy industry is an advantage

*Independent, responsible and self-motivated

*Able to work under pressure, good problem solving and can meet tight deadlines
