Shipping & Logistics

Responsibilities

- Export Shipments
? Check-on production and shipment schedule. Get quotations for ocean or air freights, suggest the best option to make the shipments. Update the information to Product manager/customer’s forwarder or customer.
? After get the confirmation with Product Manager /customer’s forwarder /customer, make the booking. Cooperate with Product Manager; arrange the container loading dates.
? Prepare all the shipping documents that will show on B/L. To be sure all the information will be legal, and make other shipping papers like CO, PL, INVOICES, etc.
? Check the container loading report from Production department, check all details to make sure the data match other shipping documents
? Track the status of the container after departures. Keep the customer informed.
? Manage all the shipping documents and save in a proper way per container.

- Import Shipments
？ Prepare customs clearance documents
？ Make duty free handbook if needed
？ Prepare other documents needed by the customs

- International & Domestic Express
? Track International Express, and make customs clearance if needed
? Receive and record domestic Express, pay express fee if needed

Authority
? He/she will be reporting directly to Plant Manager

Position Profile
? At least 3 years shipping experiences, working in a foreign invested company is preferred.
? Familiar with import & export policies.
? Good negotiation skills with forwarders.
? Good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
? Good team player.
? Must be careful and detailed.
