职位描述：

Job Responsibilities

1. Review forwarder database and delivery schedule thus to arrange shipments according to sales order and delivery note, create shipping documents and instructions to forwarders so as to secure effective on time performants and optimize the forwarder's service.
2. Arrange payment to the forwarders and insurance in line with the contract, keep following freight changing and keep leader informed if there is new information.
3. Work with cross functional team to understand requirements and expectations thus to ascertain purchase order availability and lead-time performance that enable shipments in schedule to meet safety stock demand.
4. Keep in touch with customer for series products,to make sure 100% OTD and customer satisfaction.
5. Assist in warehouse daily operation collaboration and coordination with different functions and other work assigned by the team leader thus to enforce shipment tracking with forwarders to find out delay root cause and remove barriers in logistics process.

Job Requirements:

1. Colleague degree in business, technical or equivalent discipline.
2. At least 2 years working experience with sales or logistics.
3. Familiar with MRP sales order module and other related ERP/MRP experience;
4. Skilled at MS office;
5. Fluency written and communication in English and Mandarin;
6. Hard working attitude with clear logical idea, self-motivated and reliable;
7. Be able to work independently and make appropriate suggestions;
