职位描述：
1、熟悉LED等节能照明灯具成品，熟悉LED等照明行业相关标准及相应的测试方法，对照明产业发展方向有深入全面的了解；
2、 具备较强的沟通、协调能力与项目管理知识；有钻研精神与工作热情，工作认真仔细；有较强的判断、决策、计划与执行能力；
3、 公司产品项目研发流程的规划、审查监督、进行技术难题的攻关和预研；
4、实现提出的技术需求，解答客户提出的技术问题，提供技术支持，研发过程中疑难问题的攻关和协调；
5、解决产品研发过程中产生的电源、结构、配光、散热、安装等问题。
6、掌握各种透镜、微透镜、散光板、反光杯等用于LED照明的光学元件的设计方法职位要求；

岗位要求：
1、2-3年以上从事LED技术研发类工作经验，技术精通，对LED行业背景有深刻了解；
2、 具有路灯设计经验和生产制造工作经验，熟悉道路照明相关标准；
3、 具较强的学习和运用新技术的能力，完成相关技术攻关和资料整理；
4、 了解LED/照明行业灯具生产流程、掌握LED灯具质量管理流程；
5、 对 LED 照明产业有过技术研究，参与过 LED 照明灯具的项目。有丰富的现场工作经验，能分析及解决过程中出现的问题； 举报 分享
