职位描述：
? Guide the development and implement a school counseling programme that focuses on and promotes students’ success from kindergarten to senior secondary.
? Value and respond to the diversity and individual differences of students
? Ensure equitable access to opportunities and rigorous curriculum for all students
? Provide direct support services through structured conventions
? Provide group or individual responsive services and formulate Independent Behaviour Plans (IBP)
? Work closely with pastoral team and the Boarding team on the pastoral care of students.
? Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, community organisations and other stakeholders
? Perform assessments, interpret tests and study student records
? Gather and analyse data to measure results
? Complete regular reports on progress

1. Proven working experience in school counseling
2. Integrity and professionalism
3. Advocacy skills
4. Ability to respond effectively to the needs of a diverse student pool
5. Working knowledge of various counseling models, practices and resources
6. Engaging interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
7. Ability to collect and analyse data
8. Computer literacy
9. Sound judgement and emotional intelligence
10. MA degree in School Counseling
