Responsibilities:

Work according to the export process:
Input shipment booking in globe system;
Check HBL with shipper in time;
Check MBL with agent on time;
Fax or mail invoice of local charges as shipper required;
Issue HBL correctly and completely;
Track MBL,give HBL&MBL to customer service team in time;
Put every thing in files in order;
Close file,give it to finance team.
Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone.
Regular work with HBL&MBL, tracking and correcting mistakes in supplier HBL and following all quality routines
Assist in supplier and customer queries
Contribute to development of team
Assure timely billing as per company policy

Job Requirements:

Good communication skill;
Good spoken and written English;
Good PC skill;
High efficiency;
Do the work independently;
Good attitude to deal with the work;
Passionate, initiative;
Responsible;
Willing to Work under pressure.
At least 1 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of sea freight industry and processes.
