Key Activities / Accountabilities

·Work according to the export process: o Receive pre-advice from agent o Set up files based on pre-advise o Issue permit to transfer, arrange trucker and warehouse requirements o Monitor and confirm arrival of shipment o Receive documents from shipper o Break down and distribute into files and calculate charges o Call other broker if necessary with charges due and inform availability o Issue steamship release to warehouse o Enter all charges ·Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone and visits ·Regular work with invoices, calculations of profit split and commissions, tracking and correcting mistakes in supplier invoices and following all quality routines ·Assist in supplier and customer queries ·Arrange collections and deliveries ·Contribute to development of team ·Assure timely billing as per company policy Essential Educational and / or Training Qualifications & Certificates Good communication skill; Good spoken and written English; Good PC skill; High efficiency; Do the work independently; Good attitude to deal with the work; Passionate, initiative; Responsible; Willing to Work under pressure. At least 2 years relevant working experience. Knowledge of customs. Preferably knowledge of sea freight industry and processes.
