职位描述
工作职责：
1.完成，领导并推动公司精益生产与六西格玛项目以取得流程改善并取得收益或减少开支。
2.与各部门合作推动项目目标的实现。
3.在精益生产与六西格玛方面指导并培训员工。
4.在公司内部推行精益生产与六西格玛并形成文化。
要求：
1.工程类专业本科学历（工业工程为佳）。
2.5年以上持续改善工作经验（组装生产线改善工作经验为佳）。
3.具有精益生产与六西格玛知识和经验(有黑带资质优先考虑)。
4.具有熟练的书面及口头英语表达能力。
5.熟悉AutoCAD及Solid Works者为佳。
Responsibilities:
1.Work, lead, and drive Lean Production & Six Sigma projects to deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefit. Performance improvements will include, but not limited to, safety, process capability, and process efficiency.
2.Partner with process owners and champions to drive and achieve project goals.
3.Act as a Lean Production & Six Sigma expert to coach and train team members.
4.Act as change agent to instill Lean Production & Six Sigma culture throughout the organization.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s degree with major in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred).
2.5-year + experience in continuous improvement projects (assembly lines preferred).
3.Knowledge and experience in Lean Production & Six Sigma manufacturing methods. (Black Belt preferred).
4.Good written and verbal English.
5.Familiar with AutoCAD and Solid Works will be a plus.
