GB Technical Manager
In order to service our client’s evolving business demand and cope with the ever-changing governmental regulations, we’re looking for a GB Textile Technical Development manager.
Qualification Required:
? University graduate, bachelor degree or higher education level is preferable.
? Minimum 15 years of working in sizable international commercial 3rd party laboratory, with minimum of 10 years in laboratory technical development, testing operation and client service management.
? The Know-how GB Textile regulation and standards. Ever worked at state-run lab or textile and standards development authorities / entity is preferable.
? Integrity
? Exemplary leadership and self-disciplined
? Self-motivated and positive attitude towards challenge in terms of workload and high level of performance required
? Team-work attributes
? Always client-oriented
Responsibility:
? Working closely with management, testing lab and commercial team on GB related technical development.
? Being the leader of GB technical development within global lab network in alignment with company strategic goal.
? Lead team to keep abreast of technical and regulation update following with strong learning and development project plan and execution.
? Professional in training, seminar, workshop with good speaking and PPT generation skills.
? Provide technical and professional advices to internal technical teams and clients upon required;
? Willing to take accountability and accept other duties assigned by management upon company demands
? Ability to keep abreast of technical update following with strong learning and development project plan and execution
? Necessary QA knowledge & experiences to align with company quality goals
? Positive solution provider towards in-needed effectively and efficiently
? Good interpersonal communication skill
? Skilled in root-cause analysis and problem solving ability/skills;
? Good command of written & spoken English.
