Responsibilities:
1 Organize and manage the transformation of Mechanical Drawings
2 Organize and manage the Mechanical Design for projects
3 Supervise and manage the changing and archiving of mechanical drawings
4 Lead internal team members to deliver technical solution timely; provide key technical support and instruction to the members.
5 Manage and coordinate technical issues with HQ; Give technical training to key accounts and team members.
6 Evaluate and examine the work performance of team members
Requirements:
1 Bachelor’s degree or higher with main subject Mechanical Engineering
2 Experience in mechanical design, a fluent knowledge of written and spoken English
3 Skilled in Auto CAD, Pro/E or relevant software
4 Experience in steel plants, in multi-national mechanical industry, or in relevant institutes is preferred
5 Experience in supporting manufacturing and mechanical drawing transformation would be desirable
6 Self-motivated to learn and to take over leadership responsibilities
7 Experience in German / American solely foreign-owned enterprise is preferre
8 Good communication skills, team spirit, highly sense of responsibility
