职位描述

Job Responsibilities:


Sales/Customer (and distributor) Management

Manage customer relationships and maintain a right balance between customer and company requirements always working towards a win win for both.

Business Development
- Work closely with the market development manager to identify future areas of growth, market segments and applications.
- Identify and apply global growth opportunities to the region and specify the correct segments and applications for a diversified and “different country” Asia.

Global Key Account Management:
- Work with the global key account Managers and your own global key accounts to maintain consistency,
- Up-to-date developments of new technology and applications and support and retain global key accounts.
- Identify Market winners and provide support to the development and implementation of 1k&2k resin strategies.

Value Selling:

Understand and follow the MDM process.
- Identify the value of the product and services to the customer and plan your business based on the value of the product and service; not cost.
- Convince the Product Manager and the Business Manager of the Value proposition..

Technical Training and Development:
Identify areas of technical training and keep up to date with new products, new developments and continue to improve skills and technical knowledge with periodic visits to the centers of excellence in Asia, US, and Europe.


Market Intelligence
- Provide timely and accurate information about the market and related downstream industries, competition and its activities.
- Raise problems with possible solutions/line of actions to counter these problems/issues.

Distribution Management

- Manage a part of the business in China through distributors. Also manage the account/pricing and ex stock deliveries for company managed distributor accounts.
- Identify distributor needs and help them with technical support. Obtain monthly reports from distributors and identify actions and implement the same.


Qualification:


- College/University Graduate in Science or Technology
- Have 2-3 years sales experience in Powder Coating (粉末涂料), or Powder Coating Resin and Addities (粉末涂料树脂和助剂) is MUST.
- The experience in Concrete Coating (混凝土涂料), Car Refinishing (汽车修补漆), Decorative Coating (建筑涂料), Mortar (干混砂浆)will be a plus.
- Computer Literacy
- Essentially a Techno-commercial presentation skill. English Writing Skill is a plus

- Integrity, honest and transparent
- Hungry and eager to be successful, willing to travel extensively.
- Strong salesman mentality, and love sales work.
- Competitive (never believe failure), strong believe in winning Quick learner (understand the products, application, market, customer quickly)
- Outgoing and open mind character, accept criticize easily, and working under heavy pressure, never negative.
- Good communication skills with CSR and Logistics who make deliveries.
