ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 工作内容

1.	联系客户及海外代理，按要求安排订舱等事宜。
2.	联系代理公司及船公司安排舱位、安排报关单证、货物拖车或入仓等操作事宜
3.	及时录入系统，并保证输入的完整性及准确性
4.	在规定的时间内完成收款、寄送发票、提单、发送相关文件信息给海外代理。
5.	按照规定的要求及时整理相关资料和文件，并做好文件归档工作。
6.	服从上级的相关工作安排并能很好得完成相关的工作。

SKILLS/BACKGROUND/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 录用条件

1.	大专以上学历
2.	2-3年货代行业相关从业经验
3.	英语读写流利，CET-4以上
4.	具有出色的沟通、协调能力和团队精神
5.	性格开朗，易与同事合作
6.	能适应各强度工作及加班
