工作职责：
1.分析产品功能的测试要求并建立相应的产品测试方法。
2.测试程序的编制及维护。
3.设计并制作测试工装，确认测试工装的适用性。
4.主导测试数据分析，查找不良原因，并寻求解决办法。完成测试报告。
5.维护测试设备及测试软件。管理工装夹具及设备备件库存。
6.优化测试设备，测试工装及测试方法以达到高质量，高效率及低成本。
7.制作测试指导，培训测试人员。

要求：
1.电气或电子工程专业本科学历。
2.5年以上汽车行业电子或机械产品测试经验。
3.具有精益六西格玛知识和经验。
4.熟悉ISO9001及TS16949。
5.具有熟练的书面及口头英语表达能力。

Responsibilities:
1.Analyze customer functional test requirements and develop proper test methods for validation of product.
2.Develop and maintain test programs.
3.Design and fabricate test fixtures and verify their appropriateness.
4.Lead test data analysis, trouble shooting and problem resolution. Furnish test report.
5.Maintain test equipment and software. Manage inventory of test fixture and equipment spare parts.
6.Continuously improve test equipment, fixture and test method in quality, cost and efficiency.
7.Create and maintain test instruction. Train test operators.

Qualification:
1.Bachelor’s degree with major in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
2.5+ years of experience in testing of electronic/mechanical products in automobile industry.
3.Knowledge and experience in Lean Six Sigma manufacturing methods.
4.Familiar with ISO9001 and TS16949.
5.Good written and verbal English.
6.Familiar with AutoCAD and Solid Works will be a plus.
