任职资格：
1. 具有两年以上进出口贸易物流工作经验
2. 熟悉海/空运操作，具备单证、货代、运输及一定进出口贸易知识
3. 懂得运用各种电脑办公工具， 系统性管理工作，数据分析能力
4. 有一定英语基础，能够熟练进行英语听，读，写交流者优先
5. 有较强的条理性，人际交往，计划及执行能力
工作内容：
1. 负责海/空运出口操作，安排向船/航空公司订舱
2. 负责制订海/空运单证,及其它相关文件；并检查，确保所有信息的完整及准确，以便顺利出货
3. 与相关部门及供应商有效配合，确保所有船务出运信息准确，追踪货物出运情况
4. 负责录入应收费用,安排申请开发票和付款事宜
5. 负责提供海外代理补料文件及放货事宜
6. 单证及文件的整理及归档等
7. 负责日常生产报表、数据统计，生产会议记录并形成会议纪要工作
8. 完成公司交办的其它临时性工作
