职责描述

1. Assist the Quality manager to establish, improve and implement management system, to create and update the lab operation procedures.
辅助质量经理建立、改进和执行管理体系，建立和更新实验室运作程序。
2. To be responsible for management of standards and quality system documents, including compiling, distribution, recall and review periodically.
负责标准和质量体系文件的管理，包括编制，分发、召回和定期评审。
3. Organize the assessment of subcontractor and supplier and maintain the list.
组织进行分包商和供应商的评价活动，并维护一览表。
4. Assist the Quality manager to investigate and conduct customer complaint, and follow up the effective of corrective actions.
辅助质量经理调查和处理客户投诉，跟踪纠正措施的有效性。
5. Conduct the internal audit work to the company, Organize the root cause investigation of non-conformity work, follow up and verify the implement of corrective actions.
组织实施公司的内审，调查不符合工作的根本原因，跟踪和验证纠正措施的执行情况。
6. Assist the QM to Organize the external audit and customer audit work.
协助质量经理组织和迎接外部审核和客户审核的工作。
7. Organize the staff training related to quality management system.
组织人员进行相关的质量体系培训。
8. Supervise the quality management activities of operation teams, like training, supervision and quality control and customer satisfaction work.
监督运作团队的质量管理活动，如培训、人员监督、质量控制和客户满意度调查。
11．Assist the related work of other department if necessary.
必要时协助其他部门的相关工作
12. Cooperate other work assigned by Quality Manager
协助完成质量经理安排的其他工作

Job Requirement:
任职要求：

1. College degree in Quality，or related Major.
本科学历，质量相关专业。
2. Good at English and PC skills.
熟练英语和电脑操作技能
3. Familiar with the requirement of ISO 17025，ISO 9001
熟悉ISO 17025或ISO 9001的要求
4. At least 2 years related working experience
至少2年相关工作经历
5. Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good teamwork player.
