设备维护工程师（MAINTENANCE ENGINEER）

职责： -制定及落实设备预防性保养计划；
-及时巡查检修设备运行情况，设备点检；
-组织新设备、工装的安装、调试；
-设备非计划停机、设备利用率、设备稼动率等的统计、分析；
-建立关键设备的易损易坏件的备品配件清单并监控；
-设备异常故障维修；
-推进设备优化、降低能耗等持续改善工作；
-设备周日，每周，每月的清洁保养维护监督；

岗位要求： 1，三年以上的设备管理工作经验，至少1年的油漆线设备管理经验；
2，有油漆自动线设备管理经验优先
